Dixon Morrow His paintings and prints are a reversal of values (historically and culturally). Dixon Morrow has been exhibiting work since 1983 in highly successful shows such as The Irene Leach Exhibition (Chrysler Museum, Norfolk, Va.), the Arts in the Park (Washington D.C.), the Neptune Festival (Va. Beach, Va.), and the Ghent Arts Festival ( Norfolk, Va.). His gallery/ organization affiliations over the years include the Suffolk Arts League (Suffolk, Va.), the 1708 Gallery (Richmond, Va.), the Richmond Art Gallery, the Wakefield Foundation (Wakefield, Va.), the Pasquotank Arts Council (Elizabeth City, N.C.), the Peninsula Fine Arts Center (Newport News, Va.), the Virginia Beach Fine Arts Center (Va. Beach, Va.), the National Education Association, and the Virginia Education Association. Aside from his extremely active career as a fine artist, Morrow is well-versed in commercial animation, logo design, illustration, and painting, as his clientele will tell you.
